What we collect

This site is run by Cloudbud (Greenbox Farms B.V., KvK 90200764, VAT NL865239885B01). You can reach us at hello@cloudbud.co.

No cookies, no tracking across sites

We set no cookies and store no identifier in your browser. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or any third-party tracker, and nothing you do here is shared with an advertising network.

The only thing this site ever writes to your browser is a note that you dismissed a language suggestion, if one is shown. It is a display preference and contains no identifier.

Visit statistics

We count page views and a small number of interactions — which product someone opened, which store badge was clicked, whether the contact call-to-action was used — so we can tell what the site is doing. This is measured first-party, on our own infrastructure.

To separate one visit from another without identifying anyone, we derive a short-lived key from a random salt, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. That salt is generated fresh each day and destroyed when the day ends, so keys cannot be linked from one day to the next or recalculated afterwards. Your IP address is never stored.

Individual events are deleted after 90 days. We keep only daily totals after that.

When you contact us

If you send the contact form we receive what you typed, so we can answer. It is stored with our hosting provider and kept while the conversation is useful, then deleted. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission is not automated. If you email or book a call instead, that data sits with our email provider and Calendly under their own terms.

Shared documents

We sometimes send a private link to a document or a deck. Those links record when they were opened, how long each page was on screen, the country the request came from and a broad device class, so we know whether what we sent was read. The viewer says so on the page. Raw IP addresses are not stored. Links can be revoked and expire.

Where data sits

Our databases and file storage are hosted in the European Union. Pages are served from a content delivery network with points of presence worldwide; requests are processed at the edge but visit data is written to EU storage.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to a supervisory authority — in the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. In practice we hold very little: if you have never written to us, we almost certainly hold nothing that identifies you. Write to hello@cloudbud.co and we will answer.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top. We do not notify past visitors, because we have no way to contact them — which is rather the point.
